The core programmes that the Marvellous Foundation delivers are with children and young people focused on housing and living support, education, lifelong opportunities. Simultaneously the Marvellous Foundation also works with the wider community to ensure that the work undertaken with the children and young people is then supported and assimilated by their families and the wider community.
Children & Young People
Supporting the local children’s hubs/orphanages, reviewing the standard of accommodation and placing in core necessities such as sanitary provision, clean water, beds and bedding, safe space, clothing and regular meals.
Developing educational activities and programmes which has educational and lifelong learning. Preparing and cooking meals, personal hygiene and grooming, sustainable gardening projects, basic skills around wood work, sewing, hand skills.
Programming study support and reading and writing study workshops. Workshops to identify skills and interests to prepare individuals for opportunities of work placements and sponsorships.
